Black History Month Special Feature

SBS Harriet Tubman Award Recipients

During the 2017 National Black Sisters’ Conference, Sr. Beulah Martin, SBS, became the fifth Sister of the Blessed Sacrament to receive the Harriet Tubman Award since it’s inception in 1984. Beulah was being recognized for responding to the call to be a “Moses to Her People”, just as Harriet Tubman was to many slaves.

Effective March 15th the main phone number for the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament will change.  215-244-9900 and all of the related extension numbers will no longer be in service as of that date. Calls to the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament will be received on 215-244-8174.
