Beginning February - May 2017, Paul’s Run became the new residence for our retired and semi-retired Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament community. Paul's Run is a highly-rated, Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Northeast Philadelphia offering independent, skilled care and assisted living.

Located in West Philadelphia, St. Ignatius Nursing and Rehab Center (STINRC) is a Catholic Healthcare Ministry of Felician Franciscan Sisters. STINRC offers resident and patient personal choice and quality care for long-term, respite, and rehab needs. Services include an emphasis on spiritual, psychological, and social needs. All are welcomed regardless of race, religion, or ability to pay.

A Sister of the Blessed Sacrament ministers as Pastoral Care Associate supporting the spiritual and social well-being of residents.

St. Joseph’s/Candler African-American Health Information and Resource Center (AAHIRC)’s primary initiative is to address health matters and concerns, as well as furnish a haven of hope, primarily for the African American community within Chatham County. The Center conducts health screenings and sponsors events that educate and provide valuable resources for the general public who are plagued by persistent poverty. AAHIRC also offers a Living Smart Fitness Club, job training, computer assistance, a computer "surfing center", health seminars and expos, a health literacy program as well as community healthcare/social services referrals.

Little Zion Workshop Way Preschool is a Licensed Child Day Center in Powhatan VA. It has maximum capacity of 20 children. The center accepts children ages of 3 years to 12 years 11 months.

Chinle, Arizona, is located in the central part of the Navajo reservation about an hour away from St. Michael Indian School. Chinle is also a short distance from the national monument, Canyon de Chelly. In 1905 Our Lady of Fatima Parish, was the first outreach mission by the Franciscan Friars after the establishment of St. Michael Mission. In 1990 the parish built a new church in the shape of a traditional Navajo hogan. It is uniquely Navajo in style and culture.

Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish is located in historic Fort Defiance on the Navajo Reservation. It was established in 1915 by the Franciscan Friars.

Our mission is to live and witness the gospel values in our community. We value hospitality and have it as our trademark. We provide a welcoming and strengthening community through
liturgy, sacraments, instruction, support, and encouragement. We recognize and depend upon the gifts of all. We seek to enculturate the gospel message in our worship and instruction.

St. Berard Parish in Navajo, NM, has a Hogan church. The Parish is over 50 years old and served by the Pastor of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Fort Defiance, AZ.

San Ildefonso is one of the Tewa Missions in Northern New Mexico served by a Sister of the Blessed Sacrament living in Santa Fe.

St. Joseph Church was erected by the Spanish around 1699. The church, rectory and convent form an enclosed square at the top of the hill above the town. The pueblo men cut the large beams for supporting the church's ceiling from the mountains and moved them without the help of modern machinery to the village to construct the ancient building. The surface was hand plastered with adobe and white washed making it visible for miles.
